Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, the following general bonus conditions apply to all km777 bonuses:

In-play betting markets are settled based on the final official result inclusive of any overtime, extra time, or super over as stated in the specific market rules. km777's decision on the settlement of any disputed sports betting market is final.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting km777 support. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been completed or waived. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering completion status.

In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms, km777 reserves the right to withhold the account balance as compensation for losses suffered or as a penalty for the breach, where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any km777 intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any km777 content without prior written authorisation from km777. Unauthorised use of km777 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, km777 shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; any loss of data; any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; or any losses arising from your use of or inability to use the km777 platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

km777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. km777 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

km777's total aggregate liability to any player in any calendar year shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by that player during that calendar year, regardless of the nature or basis of the claim.

Any dispute, complaint, or concern regarding the km777 platform should be submitted to km777 customer support via the live chat function in the first instance. km777 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a complaint relates to game results, transaction records, or account activity, km777 will provide documentary evidence of the relevant records upon request.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved by km777 customer support to the player's satisfaction, the matter may be escalated to km777's licensing authority in accordance with the dispute resolution process specified in km777's operating licence. km777 will cooperate fully with any such escalation process.

Players who initiate chargebacks via their payment provider without first engaging km777's formal complaint process will be considered to have forfeited their right to the escalated dispute resolution process described above. Such chargebacks may also result in immediate account closure and recovery of any funds disbursed by km777 in connection with the disputed transaction.

km777 collects, stores, and processes personal data from registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on km777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
